On December 6th, Zhongzhi (Beijing) Certification Co., Ltd. conducted an on-site audit of the second stage of the initial certification of Deheng Medical's intellectual property management system operation. Through the audit, the implementation of Deheng Medical's intellectual property management system was evaluated, its effectiveness was evaluated, and whether certification was recommended was determined.
The audit team teacher first inspected the enterprise environment and production workshop site, and then reviewed and confirmed the implementation of intellectual property management work from the management manual, procedures, record files, and daily work. After a day of intensive review, three reviewing teachers found that although Deheng Medical's intellectual property management system has not been running for a long time, it has already met the basic requirements for system operation, and provided practical review opinions on the shortcomings and improvements in the operation of the management system.
Deheng Medical promptly rectified the non conformities issued by the audit team and submitted a rectification report. They followed up and improved the suggested content, and successfully obtained the intellectual property management system certification.

Quality Management System Certification

In order to standardize the company's quality management work and further improve and efficiently operate the quality management system, Deheng Medical has undergone a two-day audit and certification work by Beijing Guoyi Huaguang Certification Co., Ltd.

    At 8:30 am on December 16th, the audit work began in a tense atmosphere, and the heads of various departments of Deheng Medical were on standby, fully accepting the audit team's review. After the first meeting, the audit team teacher first conducted an on-site audit and verification of the production site management and product production process; Subsequently, the audit team teachers conducted a rigorous and detailed review of the operation of the quality management system in various departments such as research and development, production, quality, procurement, warehouse, administration, and marketing, based on the audit plan.
The audit team teacher stated that the management personnel of Deheng Medical have a high understanding of the operation of the quality management system and the system is relatively mature, but there is still room for improvement and improvement. Mr. Qi Desheng, General Manager of Deheng Medical, expressed his gratitude to the audit team for their rigorous review and sincere feedback over the past two days. He also stated that Deheng Medical's quality management system will be further improved and standardized to create high-quality products and enterprises.
